Recipes for Riding
Riding fuel doesn’t always have to be Power Bars. We have collated a few recipes for riding snacks that we find both fun to make and good to take in on long rides. They are mostly energy-dense, using nuts or nut meal, dried fruits and occasionally chocolate. Some recipes have vegan or gluten-free options, and all are relatively easy to make.
